Inner healing and deliverance ministry involves the healing of soul wounds or trauma, the removal of curses, and the renewal of the heart. Demons enforce these wounds and curses and in deliverance, they are cast out and defeated by the blood of Jesus. But if you view deliverance only as casting out demons, you are missing the most beautiful part of it - the part where God heals, forgives, liberates and touches someone in such a way that they are never the same. The most important part of deliverance is always the GOD encounter, not the demon encounter.
Not everyone does deliverance exactly the same, but most biblically, solid ministries are similar. In 2011 I became a certified Inner Healing and Deliverance Minister. I’m thankful for my training but the only thing that truly guides me in deliverance is intimacy with God. There is no substitute for listening and discerning as God leads, gives words of knowledge, and brings light to the enemy’s works. Every person is a unique treasure to God and every session is different as the Holy Spirit leads.
This ministry is a beautiful display of God’s power to deliver and his compassionate heart to heal. I've been through deliverance sessions myself, and can testify to the wonderful freedom it brings! Nick and I sometimes do renouncements together with powerful outcomes! The power of “two or three in agreement” in deliverance sessions comes to life in the most amazing ways! In Acts 10, Peter summarized Jesus’ work on earth: “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good and healing all that were oppressed of the devil.” Jesus has commissioned his church to carry on that work.
When I work with people, I begin by taking them through a process of cultivating the heart for repentance, walking through forgiveness, curse-breaking, trauma and wound healing, renouncing the ties and things that open doors to demons, removing any witchcraft that may have you in bondage, and teaching you to pray prayers that are mighty in pulling down demonic strongholds. Most of these sessions can be done via Zoom. When this process is completed, I will lead you through an in-person deliverance.
However, before you begin the process, you must genuinely want freedom. Being committed to steward your freedom after your deliverance, dying to the flesh, and continuing to take your authority over the enemy will take some work and commitment on your part. This not for those who are curious, or need someone to fix them, it is for those who are tired of the enemy oppressing them, tired of living in fear, ready for change and ready for victory. It is for those who are eager to step on the battlefield to take back what the enemy stole. If you think you are ready for that, then make sure you answer every question with a “yes.”
Do you desire to be free in all areas of your life no matter the cost?
Are you willing to forgive and release any-and-all persons in which you have held bitterness and unforgiveness?
Are you willing to come out of all willful sin, addictions, sinful lifestyles, (including sexual sin), put it all behind you and truly repent?
Are you willing to commit to reading God’s word and attending a body of believers regularly?
Are you willing to cleanse your life and home of all occult items, movies, sexual perversion, harmful music genres, new age, and anything else your minister recommends?
Are you willing to break ties with friendships and relationships that tempt you to sin?
Are you willing to allow God to reveal all the hidden sin in your heart?
Are you willing to lay pride down and humble yourself to this process, allowing your deliverance minister to speak truth to you, not just what you want to hear?
If you have answered “yes” to all the above, contact us for next steps.
